Welcome to my blog! I’m glad you could stop by. My name is Nisha Sharma and I’m a writer. I primarily write Young Adult, but sometimes I get a little adventurous and write adult romance. I’m 24 years old and I’m right now In the thick of law school. Yes, I’ve heard all the jokes, no I’m not a die-hard person who wants to do law like it’s my destiny, and yes, I plan on writing exclusively in the future.



I’m currently in the process of revising my MS and then shopping it around (technically, my beloved agent is doing all the work, but saying it this way makes me feel more involved). I have so many people that I’ve been talking to, so many things I want to share with readers, that I decided to start a website. Take a look around! I have some great advice for writers, I have playlists to listen to, and I’ve even listed my favorite bands/movies/etc.



A few of the playlists are from stories that I’ve written already. I make a soundtrack for my characters and the songs I chose fit certain scenes or what the characters are feeling throughout the book. One of the playlists is a list of songs that I’m listening to in the month. The last playlist is a list of songs my brother is listening to in the month. Yes, I have a 16 year old brother who thinks he’s Lothario. It’s kinda sad but he has good music taste (thanks to me and my sister).



As for my blog, I plan on making it a very active place for book and movie reviews. Every Monday, I’m going to have a rant because I’m selfish enough to want to talk about my life on my blog. On Wednesday, I’ll be interviewing a YA author on their writing process, their writing experience, etc. That will be a treat because we’ll be starting with author Melissa Walker whose upcoming release ‘Lovestruck Summer’ will be out in a few days! We also have Alyson Noel, Jay Asher, Mitali Perkins, Tera Lynn Childs, and more! Lastly, on Saturdays, I’ll be introducing a sexy stud who we’ll highlight. We’re talking hunky men that just make people swoon with lust.



Since I’m a stunning bachelorette, I’ll also share the DL on some awesome recipes for single servings (cuz no one ever has single serving recipes!). I’m a huge fan of cooking as you’ll soon find out. I’ll also be having guest bloggers once a month! We’re talking friends, family and sometimes other writers.
