Author Visits
FORMAT:
Are you looking for a panel discussion, Skype classroom visit or book club chat? Are you interested in a keynote, fireside or auditorium presentation? I have experience with all of the above.
GROUP SIZE:
I love smaller settings and reader visits as well as conference workshops. They are great for personal discussions. However, if you’re looking for a conference speaker, or a larger group setting, I can provide a keynote as well with specific focus in topics that are either reader focused and related to my own journey, or topics such as DE&I, corporate leadership lessons applied to publishing, and writing insights from an MFA educator.
TRAVEL & FEES:
Skype/Zoom: This is the best way to schedule a classroom or book club visit if you are not in the tri-state area. I can do a test connection with you in advance to ensure we’re good to go, and discuss any topics you’d like for me to focus on.
Fee: Honorarium (negotiable)
Please note: I offer free 15 minute Skype sessions to schools in majority-minority school districts.
In Person: I am available for in-person visits with notice 2-4 months in advance.
- If you are located in the central NJ, NYC, Philly area: honorarium (negotiable)
- If you are located in the US: honorarium, travel, hotel and expenses (negotiable)
- If you are located international: honorarium, travel, hotel, expenses plus a minimum of 2 days events (negotiable)
