HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All orders will be processed within five business days. All preorders are processed within five business days from the date of on-sale release. We will do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible, but should there be a delay, we will inform you immediately. Please also double check your shipping info as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
All orders will come with a tracking number so you are able to follow your book’s journey. Please note, delivery times are based on your location and what you are ordering.
What charges are associated with international orders?
If you are ordering internationally, there will be added customs duties, taxes or additional fees that will be the buyer’s responsibility.
I am an international reader, but my country isn’t listed as a shipping option.
If you are from a country outside of US/CAN/MEX/UK, you are still able to receive personalized and signed copies of books. Please reach out to nishasharmaassistant@gmail.com with your address, book selection, personalization details, and email so we may send you a custom invoice with the appropriate shipping costs. Unfortunately, we ask that you keep in mind charges for shipping will be larger than the cost of a single book due to current global conflict impacting freight.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All orders are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping provider for support.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?
If USPS or UPS has marked your package as delivered but you have not received it yet, please contact USPS/UPS and escalate or file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen packages or missing packages. Therefore, they will not be refunded or replaced. Once your package leaves us, it’s out of our control.
